1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PLUS Mainnet platform, including the Bridge, Staking, and DEX services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Risks of Digital Assets
Trading and investing in digital assets involves significant risk. The value of digital assets can be highly volatile. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. PLUS Foundation is not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our Services.
3. Security and Withdrawals
For security purposes and compliance with Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, PLUS Foundation reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours for manual security review. Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require Identity Verification (KYC). PLUS Foundation may freeze accounts suspected of malicious activity without prior notice.
4. Staking and Lock-up Periods
Funds deposited into the Staking Bank are subject to a strict hard-lock period (e.g., 365 Days) to ensure network liquidity and stability. Early withdrawals are mathematically prohibited by the smart contract architecture. Yields (APY) are estimates and may fluctuate based on network conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PLUS Foundation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
